Accipio offers Express GCSE courses aimed at students whose education has been interrupted and who have limited time to prepare for their GCSE exams.

Express GCSEs are ideal for students who are at risk of exclusion at a crucial stage in their education and offers schools an alternative to exclusion.  With Accipio a school can retain a student on the school roll through to the end of Year 11 while enabling them to study for their GCSE exams outside the mainstream classroom.

Accipio’s lessons are delivered by fully qualified, subject-specialist teachers using the latest broadband technology and live lessons are supported by an extensive archive of learning materials.  Students can study from home or any other location with access to a computer and broadband connection.

Express GCSE Key Facts

• Timetable runs from January to May and delivers the essential elements of the GCSE curriculum, including coursework, in English, Maths, Core Science and ICT. 
• Course provides 5 hours of education per week in each subject – up to 20 hours per week in total.
