Technical assistance is available via our freephone helpline throughout the working day to resolve any problem a pupil or mentor may have accessing lessons or assist with any classroom use queries.
Accipio has also developed an induction pack to further assist new pupils and mentors and ensure the transition to learning on-line is as smooth as possible. Induction packs can be posted out on request.
Customer Support documentation including set-up instructions, contact and enrolment forms and other downloads are available from the support area when signing into the Mentor Area of the website.
